Lovely home in great location

We chose the property having visited Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila before, our favourite part of the Island. The house is in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beaches.The house is large, well equipped and comfortable. The photos don’t show the bedrooms very well. One king room is large with a dressing area, there is another king room and a room with a large bunk bed. Our group all slept very well. There are no curtains so it is light early on but we all had eye masks so no issue for us.The pool area is relaxing and there is an engaging view from the upstairs balcony. It was very hot outside but the air conditioning inside is effective.The communication with Petra and the people supporting the house was faultless.

Schönes und gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir (Eltern mit erwachsener Tochter und Schwiegerfreund) waren Anfang Oktober eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Liegt ruhig und fussläufig zum angenehmen Ort und der Cala Mandia. Gute Aufteilung mit sehr schöner Loggia. Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch und insbesondere der Küche. Völlig unkomplizierte und wirklich sehr nette Begrüßung bei der Anreise und ebenso angenehme Übergabe bei Abreise. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einzig der Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können - die Nächte waren recht kühl und das konnte über den Tag offenbar nicht kompensiert werden. Aber das Mittelmeer war schön warm...

Von der Anreise/ Check-In bis zum Check-out war alles perfekt. Die Immobilie eignet sich super zum entspannen, selbst mit einem kleinen Kind war es nicht mit Stress verbunden. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist sauber und der Pool wirklich toll. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Excellent stay

Great house in excellent location. We could explore the whole east side of the island by car and had walking distance to two beaches. Nice to have walking distance to both bars, restaurants and grocerry store from the house. House was spacious with balcony where we could enjoy both breakfast and dinner with nice and relaxing view. Good central aircondition, split in upper and lower level of the house. Owner was quick to respond to all questions and was easy to communicate with. Pool area was of good size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Parking possibility just outside the house is a bonus. What we missed in the house was beachtowels to borrow and possible toumbledryer. But we had no problems in drying clothes and towels since sun did the job pretty fast.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick, schönes und sauberes Haus. Der Kontakt war super unkompliziert und wir durften sogar schon eher einchecken, da wir morgens gelandet sind. Wir konnten hier sehr gut entspannen.

Lovely, relaxed holiday in Cala Mandia

Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Balkon. Aufgrund der Lage am Hang sehr schöner Blick in die Weite. Im unteren Geschoss befinden sich die Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und Pool. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Gut ausgestattet. Der Gartenbereich ist recht klein und durch die reihenhausartige Anordnung sind die Nachbarn unmittelbar angrenzend. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

La villa es preciosa, más bonita que en la web. Es espaciosa limpia y con un aire acondicionado muy bueno. A la playa se tarda unos 5 minutos andando pero la piscina está impecable y calentita. Dar las gracias a la propietaria por estar en todo momento pendiente de todo. Sin duda voy a volver, hemos pasado unos días muy buenos.
