Charming Villa Mara with Great Sea View, Pool & Wi-Fi

This charming and comfortable villa has a private pool and a fantastic sea view. It has a beautiful garden surrounded by bougainvillea and palms. The villa is located in the quiet area of Venta la Nuza in El Campello, on the Costa Blanca. Villa Mara is a fantastic holiday destination for families with children who want to enjoy the peace and comfort of their own villa on their holiday. It is currently completely renovated to meet latest comfort and standards.







Prepare a wonderful meal in the new full equipment kitchen or enjoy a glass of wine while reading a good book on the terrace overlooking the private swimming pool which provides some coolness on warm days. The nearest beach is only 200m from the home.

Pros: A superb appointed villa, amazing outdoor living space and pool, excellent facilities and furnishings within the villa. The property allowed us to relax as soon as we arrived, enjoying the patio, pool, veranda area whilst overlooking the sea view. We were well looked after by Ferdinand and Elke who was readily available to assist with any query when required and also provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations for the local area. Cannot wait to go back.

Pros: We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Mara. The villa was everything we could have hoped for, and more. It is so beautiful, and wonderfully furnished - everything is brand new! We were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures don't do it justice! The area around the villa is very quiet, although the tram stop is a few minutes walk away which goes to many places so it's very easy to get to a supermarket etc. The beach is very close and is nice and quiet, and the Jet Set bar serves great food! All in all we had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing week and would definitely return!

Pros: Villa was lovely, space inside and out was great, everything we wanted including a large workable fully fitted kitchen. Only 2 minor complaints. 1. Electric kept cutting out when cooking if pool on. 2. Downstairs had a musty smell all the time and needed windows open.

Beautiful villa with sea views .

Pros: The beautiful pool and garden area . Cons: No mention of access to property . The pictures gave the impression the Villa was accessible from road level . We booked because there was was a bedroom on this leve However, when we arrived , we saw the elevated position and the amount of steps needed to access property . we were worried our family member who is disabled would not cope with the steps to the property. It was really a struggle and we would have thought twice about booking had we known . The area is beautiful but a car is essential, unless able bodied . The proximity to the tram is good , as no shops are in area .

Pros: Villa offers breathtaking sea view, and has a very well equipped kitchen...the best we have seen so far. This makes it the perfect home away from home. Pool area is just great, terraces (yes 2), offer a great refuge from hot days , as well as a good spot for lovely evenings. Breakfast with sea view got rid of my year hard work stress on 1st morning. Inside is very spacious, rooms are equipped with AC, apart from lounge area which can get a bit too hot. Beds are extremely comfortable, bedrooms come with good built in wardrobes, each en suite. Area seems to be still developing, a car is not necessarily a must, as tram stop is about 8mn walk from Villa and goes to either Alicante, MuchVista beach or Benidorm and further. All in all, one of the most memorable holidays we had in Spain, from the moment we met the Villa managers who meet and greeted us in person, offered explanations and tips on area and neighbourhood. To when we shook hands with them on the last day when keys were returned. The only reason I will not highly recommend the villa, is so it is available for our next year's booking.

Prachtig huis, mooi zwembad, mooi uitzicht

Pros: Alles was prima in orde, voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Erg schoon en netjes. Cons: De keukeninventaris zou iets beter kunnen, slechte messen, we misten een bezem. Het BBQ gereedschap is slecht of afwezig. Dit zijn natuurlijk kleinigheidjes en snel oplosbaar voor de volgende gasten.

Pros: Piękna willa z widokiem na morze, w cichym, spokojnym otoczeniu. Dom bardzo czysty i zadbany. Przywitały nas drobne niespodzianki z bardzo miłymi notatkami (wino, wiatraczek i woda dla dziecka, czekoladki).

Pros: La Villa tiene todo lo que promete. No le falta ni un sólo detalle en su interior. Está elegantemente decorado y la cocina es un sueño! Sólo hemos tenido un par de pegas en las tres semanas que hemos pasado allí, por un lado los insectos que hicieron que apenas pudiéramos disfrutar del maravilloso porche por la noche y la depuradora de la piscina que debía tener algún problema e hizo que hubiera que estar llamando al personal de la agencia cada tres o cuatro días. La casa está genial tanto para ir en familia como con amigos. Las habitaciones son amplias, hay cuartos de baño de sobra y el porche está genial para comer. Un poco caro pero ha estado bien.

Overtagen med master bedroom, toilet, badeværelse, køkken og stue er helt sikkert mest attraktiv. “Kælderen” med de sidste to værelser er mere mørk og kedelig. Men ellers stor anbefaling herfra.

Pros: Pasamos una semana en familia en esta sensacional villa con todas las comodidades que sin duda superaron nuestras espectativas. Piscina limpia y muy cuidada, persianas automáticas con mando a distancia, cocina súper limpia y totalmente equipada,cuatro de baño en cada habitación espectacular y decorado con muy buen gusto. A 50 metros está la cala de la nuza de ambiente familiar y aguas limpias y trasparentes. Es una villa totalmente recomendable para pasar días de descanso en familia. La atención recibida por parte de villcare a sido perfecta, puntual y muy atento en todo momento. RECOMENDABLE 100%

Pros: We hebben een heerlijke tijd in Villa Mara gehad. Prachtig uitzicht, een huis van alle gemakken voorzien en heel sfeervol ingericht. Het strand is een klein stukje naar beneden lopen en daar kun je een heerlijk verfrissende duik nemen. Ook het tramstationnetje ligt op een steenworp afstand en daarvandaan kun je voor een prikkie naar zowel Alicante als naar Benidorm. In El Campello zijn een aantal goede supermarkten, maar daarvoor moet je wel de auto pakken. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt, biedt veel privacy en de tuin is met veel liefde en zorg ingericht. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Pros: Een perfecte villa met een geweldig uitzicht op de zee! We werden uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen door Ferdinand en zijn partner, waarmee we een flexibele tijd konden afspreken voor de sleuteloverdracht. Het huis is in perfecte staat en uiterst schoon en verzorgd. De villa ligt een beetje uit de buurt van El Campello, ca 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Er is een klein winkeltje dat de dagelijkse dingen verkoopt en beneden bij het strand is een gelegenheid waar je prima kunt lunchen. Verder is in dit gedeelte niets te beleven. Daarvoor moet je naar het gezellige Alicante, 20 minuten met de auto. We waren uiterst tevreden over het huis, maar we hebben enkele opmerkingen. Buiten hoor je de hoofdweg met veel verkeer en de autotolweg, dat is wel erg jammer. Binnen vinden we de woonkamer ietwat ongezellig, enkele gordijnen en wat kunstjes aan de muur zouden het een stuk aangenamer maken. We waren in november en dat zit je wat meer binnen 's avonds. Verder niets dan lof...

Pros: Mooie villa met zeezicht en een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Ook fijn en ruim terras waar je de hele dag zon hebt! Op gebied van faciliteiten kom je niets tekort. Zo heeft iedere slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer. Ruime woonkamer en volledig ingerichte keuken, ideaal om in te koken. De tram is op 5min wandelen, dus perfect om nabijgelegen stadjes te bezoeken (Benidorm, Alicante, El Campello,...). Kortom alles voor een heerlijke vakantie!
