Excellent accommodation

The apartment was really excellent and the owner is very helpful. The care taker stays in the same building so any help can be reached easily. We enjoyed our stay. Very very close to super market, tram stops and walking distance to the train station.

We absolutely adored this apartment. So beautiful, well appointed, spacious and light. We had a bit of an issue checking in, but it was mostly a language, translation and communication issue. Once we sorted that out we had no problems whatsoever.

Elegant accommodations, convenient to transportation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean. It is very close to the Erkel Theatre and access to the trams and train. Grocery store just outside the building. We loved walking the neighborhood. Only negative is the train noise. Agnes was always prompt and available for communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

In Budapest hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, leider viele Baustellen, auch an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein guter öffentlicher Nahverkehr, und freundliche Menschen.Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage, bei Temperaturen von 35 Grad sehr nützlich.Die Preise sind für eine Grosse Grossstadt noch moderat. Einkaufen im Supermarkt gleich nebenan.

Großzügige und schöne Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und sauber.. Die Küche/Esszimmer ist modern und komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral, sodass wir eigentlich jeden Tag zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen konnten. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Supermarkt um tägliche Besorgungen zu erledigen. Die Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns immer geholfen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in der Wohnung machen.

Spacious, bright and spotlessly clean apartment

Lovely, bright and clean apartment a short walk or tram ride from Blaha Lujza tér and Keleti palyaudvar. Very easy to get to all locations around the city. Having that small gap between the apartment and the main bar areas gives a bit of respite from the bustle of the city. The only noise you'll get here overnight is the rumble of the first trams. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who needs to step back a bit from the main tourist areas at the end of the day.

We liked our stay except for a few things. The place had not been dusted for a while. There was no shower, just a tub. There was a very old small stove which we had a hard time turning on. The apt itself is very nice, and large. I am not complaining, just being truthful.

Dear John, - I am very sorry that you had this experience. Unfortunately, my receptionist was on holiday, which is why she did not receive, and I had to take a Ersatzputzfrau that I did not know. Normally it is demonstrated how the gas stove, - what else is very good, demonstrated. Only if you do not know or you are used to electric stove, that is a change Anyway, we hope to get that next time, and then we can convince ourselves of the opposite. Wonderful Stay

This apartment is in the VIII district of Budapest and so close to everything! It’s across the street from a massive supermarket, outdoor market and tram. The apartment is large and had everything we needed, including a great washing machine, which came in handy when traveling with three kids. It’s beautifully decorated and my kids loved Its traditional charm. We were there during a heatwave and wished there was AC, but we had a fan. Getting around was a breeze because public transportation ran often and until midnight. You could walk to the center or take a tram two stops. I suggest taking the 4/6 and 2 (on the Pest side) and 41 (on the Buda side) to see all the wonderful sites. It’s such a beautiful city and we had a great time, thanks to Agnes and her friend Cynthia, who met us at 1 am when we finally arrived after a late flight. She was warm and kind!

The place called Teleki Square instead Magdolna.

If we would have known more about the address of this property than we would not booked it. This location are a troubled area 24/7. Bed linen have holes and bad smell. Bathroom towels are so old that we can see trough and ripped.

Die Wohnung war schön und gut alles war fast drinnen,ich würde sie wieder Mieten da sie auch Preisgü

Alles vorhanden man braucht nur seine Einkäufe zu tätigen,der Lidel ist gleich gegenüber und man kann üraktisch mit dem Fshrstuhl fahren im Haus ,hatten auch nette Nachbarn zu allen Seiten und die Strassenbahn ist auch gleich vor der Tür,ich werde es nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Je ne puis que conseiller chaleureusement ce bel appartement lumineux, spacieux et pourvu de toutes les commodités, l' on s' y sent comme chez soi. Commerces et transports publics devant la porte ; non loin du centre et pourtant à l' abri des flux de touristes. Difficile de trouver mieux.

Overall, the apartment was in a great location, and was the perfect size for our family of 3.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. It was centrally located with easy access to public transportation or walking to major landmarks. Having a grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient for cooking meals. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

Well equipped apartment in a great location for exploring Budapest.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment. Whilst holidayin we still enjoying cooking and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need and, there is a LIDL (supermarket) right across the street. Fabulous location for either taking the metro, bus, tram or just walking. The Bed was very comfortable and we loved the silky pillows and quilts. Heating is exceptional so you surely won’t be cold if travelling in the winter. As a musician it was lovely to have the Piano and I’m sure even if you don’t play, it adds to the charmingly aura of the apartment. WIFI didn’t skip a beat and worked if you wanted to stream a video when having a night in. Not a bad thing to say, would happily stay here again in what literally felt like a home away from home.

Pasamos 6 días inolvidables en Budapest y aunque solo pudimos disfrutar de la casa por las noches, se agradecía la comodidad para descansar a gusto. Al llegar nos resulto un poco extraño que el wc estuviera separado del baño pero vimos que incluso era mas práctico para el uso por las 4 personas que éramos. Por poner una pega, los tranvías empiezan a las 5 de la mañana y son un poco ruidosos si estas de vacaciones.

Wir kamen mit PKW in Budapest an. Wir wurden empfangen, und alles wie versprochen vorgefunden. Ärztekollegen haben uns den Tipp gegeben, die auch sehr zu Frieden waren mit allem. Wir haben uns in diese schöne großzügige Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, danken wir das wir die Gelegenheit hatten zu eine Superpreis mit gute Infrastruktur wohnen zu können. Eine schöne Ambiente, nette Empfang!!!

Wir kamen mit PKW in Budapest an. Ende Mai-Juni hatten wir das Glück, diese schöne, großzügige Wohnung , für ein super Preis zu bekommen. Ärzte Kollegen haben mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, die ebenfalls sehr zufrieden waren. Wir wurden nett empfangen, die Wohnung war perfekt vorbeireitet. Parken konnten wir in d. unmittelbare Umgebung kostenlos. Alles perfekt. Wir danken für diese Gelegenheit, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Surrounding wasnt what we would pick

We arrived early afternoon and as per instructions, Eva came down and got us situated. She privided her own fan as it was really hot week. Bath tub was a different experience as no shower head. Apartment had a small kitchen and enogh room but the nylon comforters were hard to sleep. All in all we managed to spend 3 nights but thought about checking into a hotel. We had a choice of parking in the street for free but didnt feel comfortable with a rental car.

Dear Family Hema S. I am very sorry that they can have a daily rate of 39.00 Eur for 2 people, not the luxury itself, as a 5 star hotel offers. A garage they would also pay extra in a Luxushote. For payment you would have had the possibility 50 m. Continue to turn off the car.  That you have a rental car, and on the road do not feel comfortable, I can do nothing. I parked for many years and also my other guests on the street, and all feel comfortable, especially since everything there video is monitored by police, and free of charge !!!! Everything they describe and do not like them has never been promised. We have a nice white bathroom with bath, and shower head. Separate shower was never mentioned. I have never had nylon linens, I do not know how they get the idea. All in all, when I consider that I have only satisfied guests for years, I wonder very much about their preservation. You may have to worry about Price ratio. I have mostly returning guests. I think we will have to do without you. All the best Agnes S.
