If you want a picturesque, relaxing, peaceful getaway Wandering Eft Cabin will satisfy all your wants. Pulling into the driveway toward the cabin provides a magnificent view of the property: open meadow, filled with wild flowers, and grass, surrounded by forest. Walking into the cabin is an invitation to a clean very cozy open concept home. The kitchen is well stocked, even some cooking staples in the kitchen hutch and a few in the refrigerator. There are plenty of towels, household and cleaning supplies for the stay. The sleeping arrangements are nice and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. Our stay at Wandering Eft was to celebrate a birthday and a planned adventure for our continued 31 years of friendship. The location provided easy access to the area. You must take the Erie Canal Cruise, stop by the Jones Family Farm, and of course spent time digging for diamonds. We chose the Mohawk Diamond mines for our dig. I could carry on but most importantly the stay at Wandering Eft exceeded our expectations. If you want a picturesque, well maintained getaway, your host will provide you with well communicated details, and is very responsive. This is a place to stay that will be a must return vacation spot for future adventures. Thank you for letting us share your piece of paradise.
