"The Hangout" - Perfect for enjoying Tannenbaum Resort & Greers Ferry Lake!
"The Hangout" is the perfect family spot for enjoying Tannenbaum Resort and Greers Ferry Lake. This 3-bedroom / 2-bath house has all of the amenities including a large deck with a gas grill and green egg smoker, outdoor fire pit w/globe lights and all-season porch with its own bar, sink, fridge and wood burning stove.
Directly across the street from the lake and neighborhood park (swings, volleyball court, pavilion, grills & fireplace) with direct access to the lake shore.
Around the corner from the gorgeous and super fun Tannenbaum Golf Course (bent greens, gorgeous views, cliffs, etc.) and the tasty Sandwedge Grill.
Down the street from the neighborhood boat ramp, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts.
Boat rentals are available across the lake (Heber Springs & Eden Isle marinas) with pick-up service available.
"The Hangout" is a great place for quality family time in a stunning setting. You'll want to come back as soon as you're back home!
