The interior of the flat consists of a multifunctional eat-in kitchen, which is well equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, four hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee machine. SAT-TV, a cosy sitting area and a couch invite you to linger. For a good night's sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a children's room equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed, a wardrobe, a play area, a shelf and a radio with CD player. A functional bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, stool and bathroom furniture, as well as an area near the entrance with shoe rack and wardrobe complete the feel-good ambience.
In the outdoor area of the courtyard, a barbecue area awaits sociable evenings. You can relax in our deckchairs under the walnut tree while your children play on the lawn. The unobstructed view of breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed from an outdoor bench, making your stay a special experience.
The rural surroundings of our farm are a paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. The Schwarzachtal cycle path starts just 350 metres away, and the direct access to the Goldsteig hiking trail and the proximity to the Ast meditation trail offer perfect conditions for excursions on foot or by bike. For our younger guests, there is a playground, table tennis facilities, a giant trampoline and the opportunity to ride ponies, as well as many small vehicles such as Kettcar and Bobbycar.
