About this property
Vacation apartment on Lake Constance -compact, idyllic and inexpensive.
The approximately 45 m² holiday rental is located in a quiet area near the forest, just about 3 km from Lake Constance. It offers the ideal starting point for relaxation, nature walks, and excursions around Lake Constance.
Our holiday rental can accommodate up to four guests. Out of consideration for all guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment is located in the basement and has a separate entrance, so you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll first arrive in the entryway, where we’ve set up a small play area for children. From here, you’ll enter the large, open living area. On the right-hand side is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. On the left is the living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed. The second room is furnished with a bunk bed, a table, chairs, and a chest of drawers, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
A parking space is available right in the courtyard. You’ll also find a cosy seating area directly in front of the apartment entrance, which invites you to linger, relax, or enjoy breakfast in the fresh air.
We want you to feel completely at home with us. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, we’re always happy to help.

Eine wirklich tolle, schöne, saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Das perfekte Idyll für erholsame Tage und Nächte. Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt für Touren und Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Vermieterin ist überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich bin ihr sehr dankbar und werde diese Wohnung bestimmt häufiger nutzen. Mir geht es nicht um „eine gute Bewertung abgeben“. Dies ist einfach ehrlich gemeint und empfunden

Sehr schöne ruhige Randlage am Ortsausgang, fast direkt in der Natur. Geräumige, günstige und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Herzliche und hiflsbereite Gastegeberin. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

Ruhig gelegene Souterrain Wohnung für 2 Personen (eventuell mit 2 Kindern). Wohn/Schafzimmer mit Küche in einem Raum.Ausstattung okay. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu buchbar (ansonsten nicht im Preis enthalten). Sehr nette Vermieterin vor Ort, die jederzeit ansprechbar ist und auf Wünsche eingeht.
