The open concept main living area features a sectional, gas fireplace, and a record player with vinyl, equal parts relaxed and welcoming. Step onto the balcony for peaceful views of the pond and harbor, with a glimpse of Lake Michigan to the west.
The community has everything you need without the fuss. An indoor pool and jacuzzi open year-round, an outdoor pool for summer, a playground for the little ones, and stone bonfire pits perfect for evenings. A harbor with boat slips sits right outside, and Lake Michigan's sandy beach is just a leisurely 5 minute walk through the neighborhood.
Sleeps 8 comfortably across two bedrooms and a loft. A king in the master, two fulls in the second bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the loft. A crib is available for little ones.
Manistee itself is a genuine northern Michigan town worth discovering. A walkable downtown with a movie theater, boutique shops, breweries, and coffee shops. The Manistee National Forest greets you on the way in. It's real, it's scenic, and it's exactly the kind of place that reminds you why you drove north in the first place.

Fifth Avenue Beach is just a 5-minute walk through the neighborhood, one of the nicest stretches of Lake Michigan sand in the region and your go-to for summer days on the water. Orchard Beach State Park is minutes away for hiking and lake views.
For outdoor adventures, Arcadia Dunes and the CS Mott Nature Preserve is about 35 minutes north, offering acres of pristine dunes, forests and trails with stunning Lake Michigan overlooks.
Crystal Mountain is roughly 40 minutes north making this an ideal winter getaway for skiers and snowboarders. Interlochen Center for the Arts is about 45 minutes away and hosts world class summer concerts and events.
For a classic Michigan day trip, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is about an hour north, one of the most iconic landscapes in the Midwest and absolutely worth the drive.
And of course, Manistee's own walkable downtown is right around the corner with local restaurants, breweries, shops and movie theater.
