Our 4 night family of 7 stay was perfect for what we needed. The home was as described. There was plenty of room to spread out. We felt safe and it was a quiet neighborhood. There was enough towels, the water was plenty hot. There are spices, dishes, cookware, laundry supplies a steamer, a icemaker, AC and fans, a charcoal grill, a tv in each bedroom, all things important to us. There are thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were immediately responsive and very pleasant. Things to note for future renters, if you have a large family, the cookware supplied will seem like it is not enough, but you can absolutely make it work. The main living room/kitchen area do not have window coverings but they face a tree line, only a problem if you have a problem with it. The second bedroom with a king bed also do not have curtains on the windows and they do face neighbors, if you are shy or don't want to be awaken by the sun, do be aware of this and yes you can absolutely see in. The beds are firm. As I am writing this, I can't recall if the listing states that all bedrooms are upstairs , in case you have acessibilty needs. I would definitely return here on my next visit to ATL.

What an amazing family - the kind you can only dream about on other platforms. Eldridge was very clean, thoughtful, responsive and communicated a few things that will help us make a better experience - like curtains upstairs. We loved being the host as this family dropped off their college student in Atlanta. You are welcome back anytime!
