The Lake Barkley Treehouse is perfectly situated to maximize stunning year round views of Lake Barkley. This smart home is fully automated and the perfect blend of nature and luxury. No detail has been overlooked. This two story home captures amazing daytime light and is immersed in the tree line.

Guests will receive access information around noon on the day of arrival.

*The hot tub is inflatable and is use at your own risk. Due to the remote location of the property, we can not guarantee the hot tub will be up and running for every reservation. We do provide chemicals, a cleaning net, and replacement filters.

Everything about this property was outstanding!It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property had a beautiful view of the lake and was very close to activities and restaurants . Host was very accommodating; I would definitely stay here again!

This place offers a great view of the lake. We struggled with the website to get all the info about the property and learned that house is ran by Alexa for the shades and lights. We got it all worked out and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Head and shoulders above any other rental property we looked at. It has its niche. I rented this for my sister and brother-in-law for a family gathering. The view of lake is as good as it gets. A wildlife watcher’s paradise. They loved everything about it. The perfect place for a visiting couple that enjoy upscale in their newly retired lifestyle.

Beautiful place!! Secluded and private with amazing views! 40 mins from everything we wanted to do but that was fine with us! We went to Moors Marina for a day on the lake, Patties settlement and the lighthouse for an engagement (!!!) and dinner, The Homeplace and planetarium for a nature day. It was a wonderful place for us and we had an amazing time! I also loved the smart home features and all the windows
