Casa Sterlizia is located near the famous and beautiful beaches of Sardinia’s southern coast. Completely surrounded by greenery and very quiet, the house is within easy reach of various amenities, such as a pharmacy, a supermarket, and restaurants.
The space
The house is completely surrounded by a large, tree-lined garden, which gives it a sense of immense tranquility just a stone’s throw from dream beaches.
Guest Access
Access is from the street through the grey iron gate; park your car inside the spacious property, then walk up the small stone path until you reach the house’s entrance.Guests have access to verandas equipped with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining, a grove of oak and juniper trees with comfortable hammocks, and used bicycles of various sizes available free of charge, complete with chains and locks. Be careful not to lose the padlock keys.
Other things to keep in mind: The town of Domus de Maria has a recycling programme; you’ll find instructions for sorting waste in the house, and you’re asked to dispose of your trash properly.
Guests must pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Domus de Maria in cash upon arrival; this tax is 0.50 euro cents per person per night. Children under 12 are exempt from payment. Upon payment of the tourist tax, you will be issued a receipt for the amount paid. A child’s bicycle seat is available upon request. A cot and high chair are also available upon request.
