3-bedroom Ocean front condo in Ocean Beach. Skip the elevator, keep the view!

Located in Orange Beach, enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. Located on the 1st floor so no need to wait for the elevator, but still get the view! The bedrooms feature two comfortable king beds, and one queen - perfect for a restful night. It also has a sofa sleeper in the living room. Sleeps 8 adults (or kids!) comfortably. The newly remodeled condo includes two bathrooms, both with showers and hair dryers for convenience. It is located in the Phoenix I condo complex and shares amenities with the Phoenix II-IV buildings, including outdoor pools, indoor pools, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, racquetball courts, onsite coffee shop, BBQs, and an arcade for the kids. Parking is available for $60 per stay per vehicle if prepaid ($70 if paid day of check in). Up to 2 vehicles are allowed.

We are actively looking for snowbirds to rent in January/February 2027. If you are interested please message us in the app and we can get it set up.

We just got home from our trip, and I truly can't say enough good things about this condo. It was extremely clean, in the perfect location, and the view was amazing. The beds were comfortable, it was very quiet, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing worth mentioning—and this did not affect us negatively at all—there are a few steps leading up to the condo. It's built up, so you still get the perfect view even though it's considered the first floor and there is no elevator to wait on, especially in those peak times of every one leaving the beach. Again not a negative and there may be a way up that we didn't know about. We were excited to be there and the steps didn't matter. Honestly, there were no negatives to speak of. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process and the same could be said for any of the staff we encountered. We started looking for available dates to book again as soon as we got home. You won't regret staying here, it's comfortable, relaxing, and truly the perfect place.
