Nestled on the shores of beautiful Paugus Bay with direct water access to Lake Winnipesaukee, this beautiful lake house offers picturesque water & mountain views, and room for the whole crew to relax, reconnect, and recharge.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—one on each floor. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 queen beds, 1 full and 4 twins. All brand new beds and bedding as of 03/2026.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed for families. It was clear that the hosts had considered every detail—from the lovely décor to the well-stocked kitchen, great small and large appliances, and little touches like the fire pit, grill, lots of extra blankets, and boardgames. The water trampoline was a huge hit with the adults and kids alike, and my daughter came away from this vacation a true fisherman. The dock is the perfect spot for fishing and teaching fishing! We were also thrilled to have a place to dock the jet ski that we rented for a day.The location was fantastic—so close to Weirs Beach and Gunstock and 2 minutes from a grocery store, while still feeling like a wonderful place to come home to and relax. The house was spotless and welcoming. It’s rare to find a rental that feels both beautiful and truly functional for a family, and this one absolutely did.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We just returned from an incredible four-day stay at this wonderful VRBO on Lake Winnipesaukee, and it was the perfect vacation for both the kids and the adults. From the moment we arrived, the lake views took our breath away, and the house truly felt like a home away from home. The property is in a great location—peaceful and private enough to feel like a true escape, but just a short drive or boat ride away from the local town, restaurants, and ice cream shop. Having the private dock was the absolute highlight of the trip, especially with the water trampoline! The kids (and a few brave adults) spent endless hours jumping and splashing into the water, while others loved relaxing by the edge with a morning coffee, watching the mist rise off the lake. Four days turned out to be the perfect amount of time to unwind. We spent our afternoons enjoying the lake and our evenings grilling on while catching some of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen. The rental itself was clean, beautifully maintained, fully stocked, and the hosts made checking in and out completely seamless. It is rare to find a place that keeps everyone from toddlers to grown-ups completely entertained and relaxed, but this property did just that. Five stars all the way!
