The "Auszeit am See" semi-detached house offers 95 m² of living space, including an open-concept living area with a kitchenette and dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, next to the living area, there is a bedroom with a double bed featuring two mattresses and a bathroom with a shower. The dining area in the living space seats eight people, and the living room corner—with its two sofas and an armchair—is perfect for six people to unwind and enjoy the evening.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine, making it a great place to cook. In front of the house is a patio with a table, 6 chairs, and a parasol.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features one bedroom with a 1.60-meter-wide double bed with two mattresses and another bedroom with two daybeds and a desk. The daybeds are 0.80 m wide and can each be extended to a width of 1.60 m. This allows the room to be used flexibly as a third bedroom with a double bed or as a children’s room with space for up to four children. A bathroom with a bathtub rounds out the upper floor.
A travel cot and a high chair are available in the house.

The "Auszeit am See" semi-detached house is located approximately 2 km from the city centre in a holiday area. There are 10 other holiday homes on the property. A free parking space is available in front of the house. Additional cars can be parked in public car parks outside the property. The upstairs bedroom offers a view of the lake. The house features a terrace that is directly adjacent to the neighbouring house. Lake Plauer is about 100 m away, and there is a swimming area about 200-300 m from the house that guests can use. Behind the property is a petting zoo with free admission. Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, and Netto) and the nearest bakery are about 2 km away.
