Two-level holiday rental with an outdoor staircase in House Vesna, two balconies with stunning panoramic views, large above-ground pool, barbecue area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), a living room/bedroom with a double bed, a small room with a sofa bed, dining area and spacious kitchen, two bathrooms—one with a shower, one with a bathtub—air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen, washing machine, and dryer available upon request.<br>Not only ideal for a beach holiday, but also perfectly suited for hiking enthusiasts and mountain bikers. The fantastic Rabac Bike Park, located right on the sea, is just a 1-hour bike ride away. Bike rentals and bike service are also available there. The ideal time for recreational cyclists is from March through June and from September through November.

Ein wirklich toller Blick aufs Wasser und angenehme Ruhe. Zum Einkaufen sind min. 12 km Autofahrt nötig. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt, wobei die letzten 750m (130 Höhenmeter) über einen anspruchsvollen Trampelpfad zu bewältigen sind.Leider ist der ansässige Nachbar wohl ein Hundehasser.Da relativ wenig Besteck und wenig Gläser zur Verfügung standen lief die Spülmaschine täglich.Für Autos ohne "normale" Bodenfreiheit erweist sich die Anfahrt als Herausforderung.Zusammenfassung: Der Auffenthalt war in Ordnung, Istrien ist schön, aber für den nächsten Urlaub in Kroatien werden wir einen anderen Ort wählen.

Super Aussicht

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (14 und 11j.)Für eine Familie ist dieses Objekt eher ungeeignet, da das Haus aus 2 getrennte Wohnungen bestand. Wir mussten uns aufteilen unter Familienurlaub verstehe ich etwas anderes. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war Traumhaft (Meerblick)und ein Aufstell- Pool gab es auch,aber aussen Terrasse und Pool war für alle Mieter und dafür war der Aussenbereich viel zu klein. Sauberkeit war ok und Vermieter war super nett.Wir persönlich fanden das Objekt viel zu teuer , so viel Geld nur für die Aussicht naja. Umgebung ist sehr abgeschieden , aber so etwas wollten wir auch...Wir hatten trotzdem ein super schönen Urrlaub.Würden es aber nicht wieder buchen ,da der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt war. Park Möglichkeit war sehr wenig und alles sehr eng.
