Lake front house on Monkey Island with private dock
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Right in the middle of all the Monkey Island action, 2 miles from Shangri-La, 1 mile from the Battlefield and The Landings is within swimming distance, for some of us anyway. Amazing views of Grand Lake!! You can watch the boats go by on our private dock with an open spot for your boat. Put the heavy duty Wet Steps ladder in the water and float all day long right next to the dock. Or jump in your boat and head to The Landings Marina and have dinner at the newest restaurant on the lake, Whitecap Dining Dock and Cocktails and watch the boats drive by and the airplanes fly in. Enjoy our huge deck with comfortable seating and great for entertaining. Do some fishing from the shoreline, walkway or dock. Play golf at Shangri-La or The Battlefield or just sit back and relax!!! With three bedrooms featuring two king beds, a queen bed, and a futon, guests have plenty of space to relax. The living room includes a comfy sofa bed, perfect for extra visitors. Two bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of being on the lake. Whether you’re unwinding or gathering with friends, this phenomenal space has you covered.
