The unit itself was spotless, but there were a couple of issues. We could not find the wi-fi code in the documents we were sent, called down to the desk and the clerk said, yes it's in there but it's buried so I'll just give it to you, the code did not work, the TV in the bedroom had to have your Google ID before it would work. I am not comfortable with putting in my password just to watch TV. The TV in the living area was fine and worked properly. The other complaint was the cart area being locked at times, when you need to transport something back and forth to the room. This unit also did not come with beach chair rental, but most other units there did.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you found the unit spotless and that the living room TV worked well during your stay. We appreciate you sharing the details regarding the WiFi information, bedroom TV setup, luggage cart access, and beach chair service. Your comments have been shared with our team for review so we can look for ways to make in-unit instructions clearer and the overall guest experience smoother. Some resort amenities and shared areas, including luggage cart access, are managed by the property, but we understand how important convenience is during arrival, departure, and throughout the stay. Thank you for staying with us and bringing these items to our attention.
