Nicely decorated large studio. If you’re a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The studio is lit at night from the street lights and the security light near the window where you sleep. Appreciated the fenced yard for our pup. Our only suggestion would be to offer more bath towels for longer stays.

Loved the location in tower park south! Hip neighborhood with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The property was beautiful inside and out. High end finishes throughout and lots of space for a studio unit. Had all the amenities of a hotel including a desk area, coffee bar and toiletries. There was a small fridge and cooktop along with small appliances, kitchen gadgets and cookware. Everything you’d find in your own home. The off street parking was nice to have and the yard was enjoyed by me and the pup would totally stay here again. Host was welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend staying at the grand studio!

First, really cute completely renovated LARGE one story studio unit. Walls were removed so that the place feels spacious. My grandson had lots of room to build a Hot Wheels track. An adorable back patio with furniture and completely fenced puppy yard are awesome. Easy off Street parking. The location is a mixed blessing. Many top notch restaurants are steps from your door, but weekend nights, there's street music and audible traffic. No dishwasher or disposal, but it's a small price to pay for a really nice place to hang out in a great, walkable neighborhood. Brandon is a great host, although pay attention to his hours of availability. Despite the weekend party noise, I will definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is perfect. Quick, easy access to all different restaurants, bars, and Tower Grove park. All very walkable and still a short car ride away from other great neighborhoods. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The bed and couch both very comfortable. I loved the addition of a makeup mirror on the desk to get ready outside of the bathroom, and the water filter pitcher in the mini fridge. We didn't cook while there, but the small kitchen is well appointed. This beautiful property is located directly on a main road, with a bus stop right out front, a bar on one side, and is a bottom unit with residents above. This wasn't an issue for us, but worth mentioning for some who may be sensitive to noise. The Sunday 8am mowing aside, it was pretty much a perfect stay, and we will definitely be recommending it to friends and family staying in STL!
