House has an ant problem. The property knew about it because there were ant traps set up upon our arrival. I contacted them Thursday night and was told “someone will be in contact”. Nothing Reached out again Friday morning after calling and messaging, someone finally came on Friday afternoon. All she did was drop off ant traps, spray and new sheets (as there were ants in the bed) and left without saying a word, no traps set out, no spraying, not even asking where all we’re seeing ants. I texted her asking if she left and if she was going to do anything. She said she didn’t want to interrupt us. I asked for a manager to contact me, she read my message and no one contacted me again about the incident. I messaged the bot again asking for a supervisor and no one contacted me. Extremely unprofessional. We will not use this company or stay here again.

We enjoyed the home. It was very nice and perfect size for two families. With that being said, Vacasa was absolutely AWFUL to work with. They cancelled our reservation causing us to lose a night of our stay. Once we were there, I reached out to them several times about issues with the house. They did NOTHING to help us with our needs. I will never work with Vacasa again. They do not care about the customers, it was very evident.

Home was great. Vacasa was NOT

The home had a great location and was perfect and spacious for our group of 2 families. We enjoyed the screened in back porch. Great home! Unfortunately we will Not rent it again because it is managed by Vacasa. We were extremely unimpressed by them and their lack of care.

Great Place to Stay for Four Couples

We really enjoyed this property with our group of eight adults. Plenty of room for all of us, and the home was well stocked and decorated nicely. It was very clean. The location is great - near Warren Dunes State Park, and local restaurants in Sawyer. Overall it was a nice experience and we would rent again.

Hidden Pond Gem

We loved this home!! it was immaculate when we arrived and very nicely decorated. The home is "remote" or at least you feel remote but are minutes from restaurants, lake, shops etc.... it was perfect. I loved the fact that they had several bath towels (we've rented many homes over the years and some only have one per person)......we loved the screened in sunroom and it was perfect early in the morning having coffee and we were surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature....very relaxing!!! We would definitely stay there again.....before booking i asked different questions and always heard back within a couple of hours......Great home, great mini vacation!!

And when staying with multiple families, having four bathrooms is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to stay, that’s close to everything, yet quiet this is the place. Great property and convenient location

We enjoyed the home and the option to explore the pond and grounds. There are some deferred maintenance items that merit attention (example: dishwasher filter is very dirty and does not clean dirty dishes very well at all). But highly recommend the property overall and would happily rebook.

Beautiful, relaxing home for a Christmas getaway

Fabulous rental. Well stocked kitchen compared to many rentals. Could use a few more pots and pans and serving dishes. Home was clean and great for a large family group. Comfortable beds and living space. A few extra blankets would be ideal for chilly nights! The only real criticism we had is the early checkout - I’ve never had to be out of a rental by 10am. It makes the last morning feel slightly rushed!
