Alles perfekt.

Pros: Das haus hatte einen wunderschönen pool und der Gastgeber ist viel besser als gedacht. Wirklich einer sehr nette Person umd sehr hilfsbereit für seine Gäste. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen. Danke vielmals. Cons: Nichts. War alles super und sogar besser als in den Fotos. Alles super 👌

Fantastica!

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso il Ferragosto in questa splendida villa e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone, con spazi ampi e confortevoli. La piscina e il giardino sono curatissimi, ideali per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità. Nonostante la villa sia immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos cittadino, è a pochi minuti da tutti i servizi e le comodità. Un vero angolo di paradiso dove rigenerarsi. Consigliatissima!

Leider nur ungenügend, 1 Bad zu wenig, stinkende Toiletten

Die Finka liegt ziemlich weit ab von Pula, nur erreichbar über einen Schotterweg. Im Umkreis sind einige zerfallene Farmen, hier bellen diverse Hunde die ganze Nacht. Die Finka selbst ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, der Garten/ das ganze Objekt ist ungepflegt und bedarf einer Renovierung. Das vierte Bad ist lediglich eine Toilette. Ein Nad konnte quasi nicht genutzt werden da es unerträglich stank (wahrscheinlich sind die Leitungen einfach zu alt). Der Grillplatz ist nicht am Haus, hier lagen diverse Katzen herum und war so für uns nicht benutzbar. Die Küche ist gefährlich, wir haben einen Stromschlag an der Dunstabzugshaube bekommen. Alles in allem ist die Finke keine 6.000,- für 2 Wochen wert.
