The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. This coastal condo is perfect for your next beach-cation! It's well-equipped with everything you, your family, and a group of friends could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a large TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
