The air conditioning unit in the bedroom is ridiculously loud and we were unable to sleep well. Also the amount of pet hair on the floor, beds and couch was so bad, it was not cleaned very well from prior occupants. Overall for the price and location was acceptable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry that the bedroom air conditioning was so loud it affected your sleep, and we're equally sorry about the pet hair left behind from prior guests. That falls short of the clean standard we hold, and we've notified our housekeeping and maintenance teams to review both issues. We appreciate you letting us know, and we'd welcome the chance to host you again. The VueStay Team
