Oceanfront w/ Pool - Sleeps 6 - Beautiful Oceanfront

Large one bedroom condo that sleeps six comfortably. This oceanfront condo consists of two full beds and a flat screen TV in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with large dining area that seats 6, living room with full size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV and DVD player, sliders to large balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean.

The building consists of five floors. Our condo is on the second floor. Very quiet building with elevator, reserved parking and secure coin operated laundry. The pool and ocean are a few steps away to enjoy your vacation.

Restaurants, shops, mini golf are all within walking distance. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk is only a 10 minute drive with amusement rides, games, shopping, restaurants, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Thrasher's Fries, Candy Kitchen, Dollie's Popcorn. The Kite Loft, and Quiet Storm Surf Shop. The OC Convention Center is a few blocks away. The Condo is located in a quiet Oceanfront location and still close enough to the boardwalk when you want to enjoy everything OC has to offer. Check the calendar for current availability.

Note: Our condo is very clean and well maintained. We only rent to families. The minimum age limit for for the signing adult is 25. Enjoy the ocean, pool, oceanfront balcony and have a great vacation!

Perfect vacation condo!

The property was great, very clean and everything worked well. The view was very nice, and the pool was clean. Our only complaint was the pool hours, 10am-6pm is too short. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot! We usually try different places each year and we are going to rebook this place for next summer! It is so spacious and well stocked. There are also a lot of spots to put things and get organized. View, beach and pool were exactly what we needed! Host was very easy to contact. Everything was great!

Great ocean access

Easy to find, great living space, good indoor and outdoor furniture and good storage made this a great place to relax away from the Boardwalk but an easy drive to and from the Boardwalk. We found everything as it was described and the communications with the owner were excellent. Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect gettaway

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building, first in this property. Loved the location on the second floor, lovely ocean front view. The unit was perfect for us and our small children. Comfortable furniture, we’ll stocked kitchen, we enjoyed the balcony! The only minor item is no laundry service

This is my second year and again a fabulous stay..condo has everything you need and the views are fabulous. Private access to pool and beach. The bus picks and drops off at corner $4 all day & also close to many stores/shops. Neighborhood is friendly, quiet and clean. Will continue to return as long as I’m able. Thank you Milissa

My husband and I went to the ocean in Sept and he can not get out much so a place with a deck on the beach was what we were looking for. This Condo was perfect in location, layout, size, cleanliness, kitchen very well stocked and a good price. Now things to know so not to be caught off guard like me. 1) Bring your own sheets and towels, although it says linens included there are no towels and they require you use downstairs laundry mat (that requires 16 quarters) to wash and dry sheets before you leave. We wanted to leave early in the morning, waiting for laundry was not possible so we had to go buy sheets to bring home. 2) it says WiFi avalible and in the small print says for a small fee...14.00 a day! So if you know someone with a Direct TV account ask if you can borrow their info for free WiFi. If I had been prepared for these 2 surprises I would have given it 5 stars and had nothing bad to say. We had a nice time.

Nice condo

Condo is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Building complex is secure and residents are friendly. Condo was nice with a large balcony with ocean view. Stayed with my husband and 2 year old daughter and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this location.

Great Location, great pool and cozy condo!!

Chose this condo for my annual weekend getaway for myself and my mom. Condo is in great location. Very easy to access. Check in was a breeze as she mails you keys ahead of time. Just note that While linens are provided- you do have to wash them prior to check out and You just pay the fee (4$ in quarters per load) for the laundry room in the building. Small inconvience but does not take long at All! Just make sure to get change ! It was wonderful views and overall lovely weekend - wish we could stay!

This condo is a perfect oceanfront place to say ahhhh!!

Great condo with gorgeous views from living room and balcony. If you have someone with limited mobility, you're probably not going to find any better place to stay so close and easier to get to the beach. We loved the comfortable furniture and cleanliness. Great place for the price and highly recommend if you want to be oceanfront with an outdoor pool. Owner very receptive and very timely when we had to reach out.
