Location was great. Not a lot of comfy seating (ie couches) for all the people that it could sleep, but it worked for our small family of 4. Our biggest issue is that the dryer didn’t work- it wasn’t hooked up properly and was spewing lint back into the washer/dryer area. Definitely a fire hazard.
