The coastal getaway offers wood flooring through the main level (with the exception of the kitchen). Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers foosball table and TV. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, WiFi.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
