The Space:

Located on the west side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West offers townhomes, condos, and villas, some with pond views. Sea Colony offers a trolley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and optional activities. A fee is charged for use of amenities for ages 4 and older. The beach and towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany are just a short distance away. No Pets Please. This single-level end unit offers hardwood floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, outside shower, a deck, and a gas grill. Guests also have access to adult and children's beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented at Sea Colony beach. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's best U.S. resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Very cute and cozy house with lots of amenities. Sea colony provides transport to the beach as well as passes to numerous areas around the house itself. Host is also extremely active and helpful when asked questions.
