The loft is home to a full bathroom of its own! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 5 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, XBox 360, Wii and Wifi.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was very cute, clean,and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. When we got there the lights lining the stairway were not working. I reported that to the property manager, and the issue was resolved. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The unit itself is great: plenty of space and very clean. But the listing was not as clear as it could have been with additional fees. You should know before booking that Sea Colony requires a mandatory amenity fee of 58/per person(2026) for a weekly pass. The 58 is reasonable if you are staying for the week but we were only staying for two nights. So on top of the rental, we paid an additional 400 for 7 people. Why not charge a daily rate for how long guests are actually staying? That amount of fees was 30-40% of the rental amount since we were only staying two nights. The management company’s communication with off site folks was really frustrating. People on site when I arrived for check in were great.

Nice house, great location

Great location- private beach and many amenities. Extremely nice and helpful people everywhere, didn’t know people can be that nice after living in NYC for 25 years.

Lovely stay!

The unit was quite comfortable for the 6 of us and the kitchen was well appointed. The tram runs regularly so being further away from the beach wasn’t bad. The primary bathroom was amazing and the beds were all comfortable.

Loved this home. Was nicely secluded and well maintained. Upon arrival the property was well cleaned and plenty of towels and amenities were provided. Couldn’t ask for more! Local agency was also very responsive and helpful at all times.

Very nice rental. Wish they would have provided tissues, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. overall it was a beautiful rental and I would consider staying there again
