A single-level condo at the beach, this resort getaway features a living room, dining area, den, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the primary suite—all with brand-new carpeting. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat also offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

The condo was perfect for two of us spending 4 days at the beach. Very clean, comfortable seating and sleeping, and very convenient to walk to beach and food places and to have a parking space below. The balcony view was exceptional. The pool was wonderful. The elevators were quick. The kitchen was missing a large pot with steamer and lid to cook corn on the cob, but we improvised with what was there and it worked. Thank you for letting us stay there.
