Wonderful vacation getaway

This place has everything you need for a fun and restful vacation. Clean, well stocked and so charming! The screened in porch and private back yard mean that one doesn’t have to forego enjoying Cape Cod outdoors between local excursions. The air conditioning units make it a good haven when the heat rises. Perfect place for a family gathering.

Wonderful property, convenient to beaches, biking, shopping, and dining, it has a great backyard for cornhole and a spacious screened porch. We were a little concerned with the busy road, but inside is very quiet. The house accommodated all 10 of us with no sense of crowding.

Spacious, convenient and immaculate home in Eastham! You can feel the love and care the owners have put into the maintenance, decor and amenities of this home. The bedrooms were perfect for our big family. Mattresses and pillows were so comfy. We all loved hanging out in the sprawling screened in back porch. We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Retreat/Seashore Splendor house in Eastham. The house truly lived up to its name—it was charming, spacious, and very well maintained, making it perfect for our family group.One of the biggest highlights was its location. Being so close to Nauset Lighthouse and Nauset Beach was a huge plus for us. The house was also conveniently located near several great restaurants. Most of the Cape Cod attractions we wanted to visit were within a 20–30 minute drive, making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time on the road.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and created wonderful family memories. Choosing this house was one of the best decisions we made for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again.
