The house was a perfect size for our family. Everyone loved the outdoor space, the ping pong table, hot tub, and especially the ‘secret path’ to our gorgeous beach. It’s located within a short drive to several national Seashore beaches, restaurants, and other activities. We loved everything about our stay. Will definitely look into booking again.
It was a perfect location for hosting the family - size, bedrooms, bed counts, and features. It was short walk to the beach, and convenient to many Cape destinations.
House was well appointed and tucked away in the woods but we really appreciated the 10 min walk to the private beach. The separate garage 'apartment' was perfect for our family to have space with an infant although wish the bathroom was on that level. The hot tub provided some great rainy day relaxation.
Immaculate home with plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler to spread out. Loved the mural in the bathroom. Enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. Easy walk to the beach. Property management was first class as far as communication, including their sign at the end of the driveway to guide us to the house.
Moderate size home, excellent for few days of family vacation. Loved the openness of the 1st floor for easy movement through the kitchen and dining area to the family room area. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, baking pans etc. Short walk to Cape Cod Bay! Hot tub was a bonus to facilitate relaxation. Ping pong table in basement was in great shape and provided added fun!
We experienced the end of summer and the beginning of autumn during our week there. The property location provides easy access to the beach and the property affords great privacy. The kitchen was one of the best VRBO's we have experienced, including storage containers for left overs. The living space and bedrooms were comfortable. Good Internet and multiple TVs were a plus. Another queen size bed would have been great. Overall we had a great week and felt really comfortable on our vacation.
It is a wonderful home made for family 👍🏼 The air conditioner did not work but they brought 5 window units when they realized that old compressor was going to need to be replaced. We never missed a beat. To Tim we say thank you.
We have just returned from two weeks at this wonderful property. We were 7 adults and a two year old, and every one of us was charmed by this house and its excellent location within Cape Cod. We could easily walk to a beautiful bay beach and were 10 minutes by car to get to the National Seashore beach on the ocean side. We all slept well in comfortable beds and enjoyed the big back deck. The Delmar team was quickly responsive when we had a brief problem with the air conditioning. Fixed very promptly! There were lots of indoor toys for our two year old, and books for us grownups. We will definitely consider this property again if we return to the Cape.
This past week family members and I rented the house in Eastham. Included in that group of seven were two children ( girls 9 and 12) and a mobility challenged senior ( me). The house was very clean and spacious. It was warm, comfortable and welcoming. We found the location ideal. It is just about five minutes away from the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor's Center and an easy drive to any Cape Town you might want to visit. The children were thrilled when they followed a five minute walk through the autumn woods and came upon miles of beach without a soul on it! Their aunt took them down the staircase ( lots of well made stairs, but only for those in good condition) twice a day to look for treasures such as sea glass, stones, shark’s teeth and mermaid purses.
All members of our party said that they would rent it again. We had a wonderful week there.
Great property for family get together with common space and personal space for 3 couples. Good location with restraints , shopping and access to bike trails.
These people know what they are doing. Property was super clean and spacious. Beautiful hot tub, excellent communication, ample cooking equipment (spatulas, potholders, trays, pans), clean decent quality linens in the house. Everything as expected!
The house was spacious and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the decks, hot tubs, pool table and all the room to stretch out and relax. We have enjoyed vacationing in Eastham throughout the years and this house was the perfect location to enjoy all our usual spots. Thank you for a great stay!
This was the first time we rented this property and were impressed with everything from the property itself to the property management team to the location. Nestled close to a private beach near Thumpertown, this property is spacious, the backyard and deck incredible and worked out perfectly with our entire family. I was very impressed with the communication with and from the property manager, DelMar. Probably the best overall experience we ever had (and we've been renting there 30 years).
