Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gelegen. Durch die große Fensterfront wirkt der Wohn-Essbereich noch großzügiger. Die Treppe vom Eingang in die Wohnung ist für Menschen mit einer leichten Gehbehinderung etwas schwierig zu Laufen.
