The Space:
Close to the beach and boasting lots of fantastic on-site amenities, this amazing Sea Colony home is just what you've been hoping to find for your next family vacation. Inside, beautiful floors extend throughout and the living room features attractive and comfortable furniture, beachy décor, and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you need to cook up a wonderful meal then serve people up on the dining table's bench seating or outside on the furnished deck for a delightful al-fresco meal. You'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of when it's time to call it a night. Good thing too, because with Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach to enjoy, you're going to want plenty of good rest. Spend the day enjoying the rolling surf then come home to use the private washer/dryer to knock out your beachy clothes. Be sure to take a walk to explore all the on-site amenities that include 10 shared pools, two shared hot tubs, a community fitness center with a sauna, and shared basketball and tennis courts. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool while you use the high-speed WiFi to research your next Bethany Beach adventure.
Take a shuttle to the private, guarded beach and explore the nearby walking paths, playgrounds, boardwalk, and shopping and dining opportunities. You'll also have mini-golf, amusement parks, water parks, kayaking, surfing, and fishing close by as well. You'll have a number of terrific restaurants nearby, such as DiFebo's Restaurant Bethany Beach, Patsy's Restaurant, and 99 Sea Level.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
