The positives were the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. It was a quiet neighborhood and the unit provided a good space for my family. The unit and bedding overall was pretty clean.The negatives:Some of the furniture was real dusty, dishes were left in the dishwasher from the previous guest and the coffee pot was filthy with burned coffee left in the pot. There were no dish towels and inadequate supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. The toilet paper was at the very end of the roll and no extras. When I inquired with the property owner of getting supplies I needed, I was told I had to buy them myself and they were not proving them. I’ve never heard of something so absurd in my life. They weren’t providing basic necessities?? No trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen had towels, or hand soap. They did not give instructions on how to access the pool in the community. The property instructions were non-existent. I had gone to the pool only to find out you needed a special pass and went back to the unit to try to locate it.These negatives could’ve been easily avoided with easy instructions and a small amount of supplies that are in my opinion required when you are paying a high premium for a rental such as this.
