B06-1 Swimming pool, Hansapark and beach

Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking holiday apartment "B06-1,"<br><br>. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and features a glass-enclosed balcony facing east (the glass panels can be opened). From here, you can enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and Hansapark. <br>The small kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher and features a serving hatch leading to the combined dining and living area. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 200 cm). The bedrooms are interior rooms and separated only by lightweight partitions. The bathroom with a bathtub and toilet is an interior room. The apartment is fully tiled. The beach is approximately 600 metres away.<br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br>There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool right next to it.<br>Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room holiday apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the ground floor up to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by lift or staircase. The lift goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; of course, the balconies remain fully usable. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee. <br><br>Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town centre, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away. <br><br>The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is ideal for families, active holidaymakers, and those seeking a relaxing Baltic Sea getaway alike.
