. This 1-room holiday apartment is located on the 7th floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and features a furnished southwest-facing balcony with a side view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is approximately 33 square metres in size and is suitable for 2 adults and a toddler. The combined living and sleeping area features a double bed (2x 80 x 200 cm). There is also a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm) in the apartment. The top bunk is open and is best used as luggage storage. The kitchen, equipped with a microwave and stove, has a pass-through to the living and sleeping area. The bathroom with shower is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
