Georgetown retreat

It was in a beautiful house away from the bustle of a city. It was near a favorite place of ours, Five Island Lobster Co. perfect for a getaway to enjoy Maine and lobster.

Waiting on closing day

We stayed here while waiting to close on our house. It’s a very nice location fantastic garage space for me to park my corvette, it’s very spacious and tranquil. There are nice spots to swim in the area and five islands lobster co is within biking/driving distance. The only thing I have to say negatively is that it could use some window units or at least window fans. It was very uncomfortable sleeping this time of year. A couple days it was close 100 degrees in the daytime; ac units would’ve been superb! Overall a great stay!

Comfortable space

No AC, weather wasn’t to hot but it would have been nice to have. Bathrooms you list three but the third one in laundry was 1/2 bath. Balcony I thought would be bigger to go out and sit and eat breakfast. The deck was off house separate, nice option not easily accessible to house have to go out down stairs and walk over grass then step up to deck. Basement was spacious but not comfortable to stay in or entertain in. Should Update the queen bed frame. It was a nice comfortable stay.

Good place for family

Great location right in Five Islands. Photos are very accurate. A few notes — there is a very uncared for hot tub on the deck outside the master bedroom. And on the lower deck there were chairs that needed cushions which unfortunately were in a container full of mold. The basement is very damp and could use a dehumidifier. It was handy to have the laundry and a third bathroom down there though. Lots of extra supplies in the kitchen which was helpful. Very warm while we were there with no AC (not unusual), but no fans either (other than ceiling fans). We were so glad we packed a few window fans. Lots of linens including extra sheets which we appreciated. Communication with the management company was very slow, but all and all very good place to stay with family for a weekend wedding on the island!
