Communication and check-in/out were very efficient. It's a bit odd to be in an office building; however, the whole top floor is yours. The unit itself is HUGE. We enjoyed listening to records and sitting on the decks. We heard the odd siren but that's normal for city dwelling, but the place surprisingly quiet considering how close you are to major roads. The location is excellent, walking distance to Granville Island, South Granville Street and 4th Ave (for shopping and restaurants). Secured parking is also a big plus. The unit is dated (and could use a good clean of walls and windows) but it has everything you need - linens, soaps, kitchen stuff, etc. - and extras like games, records, puzzles, to make you feel at home. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The neighbourhood is safe. I would definitely stay here again. It was my friend's first time to Vancouver and we had such a great time that now he wants to move here. haha.
