The third floor is a large, modern, open loft space that feels like its own apartment overlooking the river from above. Air conditioning, private washer/dryer, 3 1/2 bathrooms - 2 1/2 completely brand new, and all feature walk-in showers. Includes two decks with a river view, a new gas grill, and easy access to the community.

Easy stroll to all downtown shops and restaurants in lovely Wiscasset, while only a quick drive away for discovery along the prime Midcoast from Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens to Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and more.
