We loved this place. It was a cozy place to recharge as we explored Bath, Georgetown Island, Reid State Park, and Booth Bay. Owner was terrific and very hospitable. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming.
Beautiful house in the woods in Maine. Quiet spot to relax in the evenings after exploring the islands and coast during the days. Hosts were very friendly and responsive - overall a great experience.
House was big, nice, in great shape and clean. Georgetown doesn’t have much going on, but there are numerous nice small towns to visit within 15-30 minute drive. A little farther gets you to Portland and Freeport. Acadia is a 3 hour drive, but worth it. House itself is secluded in the woods, nice hot tub.

Our family enjoyed so much at this beautiful house. It was clean and very comfortable.
We love the location which was very quiet and were able to travel from there to all places we wanted to visit while in Maine.
We definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back if taking vacation again in the area.
Thank you
Location was ideal for some quiet time but close enough to get to activities, restaurants and more. Very kid friendly house which mine appreciated. Had no issues or complaints!
This home was warm, comfortable and very well equipped inside and outside. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. The lodge setting reminded us of home in NC. We would love to come back and stay again.

Thank you for your kind words. We would love to have you back again!
My family of four had a wonderful time staying in this home for a week. We used it as home base for day trips around the area and enjoyed the grill, hot tub and firepit in a peaceful wooded setting in the evenings. We also enjoyed the comfy family room when we stayed in and watched movies on a rainy day. Our favorite things were Mile Beach at Reid State Park and lobster rolls and fried clams at Five Islands Lobster Co. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent two weeks at the house and we couldn’t have been happier. We really didn’t have any problems. But, if an issue came up, the owner’s response was quick. We would recommend.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! The game room is a big hit:)
We loved this home! It was nestled in the trees and was quiet and peaceful. It was large enough for 2 families to enjoy. The outdoor hot tub was an added bonus and we loved making s'mores around the fire. The additional living room was great for the kids and it meant they could watch a movie while we hung out in the 'other' living room. The owners are great - responded quickly to all my texts and even bought us some beach towels when I inquired if the home had any. I highly recommend this home. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great having a gas grill.
Perfect for my family of 4 plus my parents. Location was great for exploring the coast. Host was more than helpful and accommodating. Hot tub was perfect each evening after our adventures. Kitchen would be great if you wanted to cook.

I don't like to cook when I'm on vacation either. Haha
Laurie's home was spotlessly clean and all amenities were as advertised. Our family of four had a lovely visit - some days we stayed close by, visiting Bath, Reid State Park, and Five Islands Lobster Co. - and some days we went further, driving to Freeport, Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, and hiking La Verna. Laurie was super responsive to questions and a friendly host. Would definitely stay again!
