This former country house on the western side of La Palma is located right next to Cruz Chica at an elevation of approximately 350 metres, in the heart of the Aridane Valley.
Passing the fountain, you’ll walk through part of the lovingly landscaped botanical garden and head straight towards the 60-square-meter traditional Canarian country house. It is comfortably furnished and has everything your heart desires.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher; a bedroom with a 1.60-meter-wide bed; a living room with a sleeper sofa; and two bathrooms with showers. Internet is available.
At the back of the house is the terrace, where you can sunbathe under mature palm trees at the dining area or on the lounge chairs. Let your gaze wander through the orange trees towards the Atlantic Ocean and the Cumbrecita mountains. Enjoy the tranquility with a sundowner while taking in the breathtaking sunsets.
With the new volcano behind you, look to your left across the cactus garden towards the newly formed lava field.
Spanning 4,000 square metres, you’ll find strelitzias, hibiscus, bougainvilleas, and much more, as well as our old organic orchard with orange, avocado, and banana trees, along with several other fruit trees. A vegetable garden is currently being developed.
We place great emphasis on sustainability, so we use solar energy.
La Laguna is a great starting point for hikes and exploring the island’s highlights. The town centers of Los Llanos and El Paso are a 7-minute drive away. There’s a small supermarket right in the area. It takes 15 minutes to get to the beach and the harbour.
If you’re not arriving by car, there’s a bus stop nearby.
