The Cary Haven: Walk DT, Fiber, Patio Fenced Yard

Hey there! A little about me, I am someone who enjoys life, good energy, and a lot of “ocean therapy” - the beach is definitely my happy place! I love spending time with my son and his growing family as we welcome baby boy soon!

Having been born and raised in North Carolina, my family was all about the Tarheels OR Wolfpack! So, of course I followed suit... I love sports! But my house is never divided as I am an alum of NCSU and UNC-Chapel Hill! Go Wolfpack! Go Tarheels!

My work and life are centered around helping people live, love, and lead better, embracing the essence of life. I enjoy creative spaces and meaningful connections and have had the opportunity to be a part of a few book projects and award-winning independent films, which are always fun and refreshing.

A fun fact—I am naturally an introvert, so I truly value spaces that feel calm, comfortable, and easy to just be. In addition to sports, I enjoy live music and shows, the arts, exploring new areas and traveling, reading, a good movie at home, time with family and friends, cards and board games, and more time at the beach!

The neighborhood, Taylor's Pond, is perfectly located just one mile from the heart of downtown Cary and convenient to most everything!

While adjacent to a main road, the community is peaceful and quiet showcasing a central water fountain. The neighborhood has low traffic flow and is great for exercise-walking outside if you don't want to leave the community. The people are friendly. and the community is safe and well maintained with ample lighting.

Walkable to Downtown Cary Park, its attractions and area shops. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hiking and biking trails, hospitals and medical facilities, Lenovo Center, NCSU, RTP, RDU Airport!
