We chose this home for it’s proximity to the UT campus, the Riverwalk, Stadiums, Tampa airport, Channelside, Armature Works, Ybor, and everything that downtown has to offer…while being in a quiet neighborhood with lots of free street parking. 🚘The best of both worlds! 🌇And the bonus is that it’s just about a half hour drive to the beaches in St. Pete and Clearwater too! ☀️🌊😎

What makes this property unique

Our property is your home away from home! It is newly remodeled, private, and has lots of space. We offer 3 good-sized bedrooms… one with a desk and excellent WIFI in case you need to work remotely, a full kitchen with brand new appliances (including a coffee maker & air fryer!), 1.5 bathrooms, a washer & dryer, indoor & outdoor games, and a cute seating area in the backyard!
