Located in Owenton, this fabulous NEW house offers a cozy retreat for guests. With one comfortable bedroom (Queen) a living room featuring a sofa bed (double). The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to central heating and air conditioning. A clean bathroom and handy hair dryer add to the convenience as well as new kitchen appliances and full size washer and dryer. The small town is relaxing and just a short drive to much entertainment (Elk Creek Hunt Club, Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Malibu Jacks, Newport Aquarium, Canoe Kentucky, Skinner Family Fun, and Belterra Casino) Grace Haven is close to a small grocery store (Save a lot) however conveniently just walking distance to a Mexican Restaurant (Amigo)
