This was a nice property, as in pictures. It was secluded and view from back porch to a lake/pond is great with a morning coffee or late night cocktail. Location is easily accessible to local venues. Publix and liquor store at end of street, and gas station across street. The Host does need to correct some issues and she does reply. Overall stay was great and we did a weekend in Matlacha (Matt LaShay.. LOL) .

Host did not provide entry code until after 7pm (3pm check in) and was unresponsive to messages and calls from myself and VRBO support while my family/children were locked out.When I messaged the host after the short stay they refunded me 20. When I contacted VRBO support they agreed this refund amount was not on par with the inconvenience caused and that they would message the host. The host refused to provide any additional refund.I could go into detail about issues when I finally got in but it would be irrelevant as this property shouldn’t even be an option for your stay.Host - Please do not comment below this post with an apology. Per other reviews you have previous for leaving guests with no where to go and the apology card has been exhausted.

This was an excellent choice. The unit was very nice and very clean. The host was excellent with communication. Very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely come back.
