With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, and 3600 living sq ft, guests find plenty of space to relax including 2 large TV lounge spaces, massive kitchen with all updated appliances, 3 level home (stairs up and down) and tons of outdoor privacy for those morning walks or evening strolls. Three full bathrooms finished in heated travertine stone, tile, jetted tub in primary and main level half bath. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, one queen bedroom, 1/2 bath main level and one King bedroom, 1 full bath downstairs. The primary en-suite has incredible space including a PRIVATE 3rd level walk-out balcony, 65" TV and large dedicated work desk. You truly feel like you're in a treehouse!

Perfect for that best friend retreat, large family gathering, or multi-family reunion where everyone can have space to rest or play. The house stays comfortable year-round with zoned heating and AC, screened in porch overlooking the beautiful wooded lot with the rushing river sounds in the background soothing the stress away. After a day of adventure tubing down the river, playing at the park, swimming in the multiple pools (heated, indoor and outdoor), putt-putt golf, playing tennis or enjoying the other community amenities, roast marshmallows in the outdoor brick fireplace, swing on the hammock chairs, grill the best meals, or rock in the front porch by the custom Buddah fountain.

There is something for everyone here! Plenty of parking for 3-4 cars (depending on size). Drive to the property does not require 4 wheel drive and is not steep. Majority of roads are paved and split lane. Roads do have that typical mountain curve and dips so if you are not used to driving in the mountains, we do recommend your arrival during the daytime (really for the Florida folks like me haha). Drive slow, deer are abundant. Gated Community, use of community amenities allowed using our FREE access cards (up to 8) and additional passes can be purchased by the renters.
