This 1st floor unit boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully enclosed patio overlooking the tennis court. The master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom has cable tv and a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds and also cable tv. There are grab bars in both bathrooms for your safety. The living room has a queen size pullout couch and a 50 in. cable tv. There is also a fireplace for those cold romantic nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pots, plates, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheets, muffin tin, even a crock pot. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. Pool/beach towels and chairs are also available. 24/7 gated facility for your security and privacy. There is a parking fee of $25.00.
The complex has a fitness center, 1 indoor pool with spa , 2 outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts. There are picnic areas with grills, swings and also smoking areas. There is the boardwalk, nature and bike trails, and nearby parks for the nature lovers. The kids will enjoy the shells, crabs, birds and all the other wildlife our private beach has to offer.
We provide a starter kit for your kitchen and both bathrooms. We also provide a map and information of things to do in the area such as shops, restaurants, and upcoming events.
We love our vacation home, and hope you find it warm and inviting , as much as we do when we stay here.

Very convenient to access on bottom floor. My family has booked this unit along with the 3rd floor Mrs. Margaret has in the same complex. Our family is expanding and it works well to book both units and keep our families close, but still have our own unit. Host is a pleasure to work with. We will be coming back.

This place was once beautiful but now it’s just filthy and neglected. I would be too embarrassed at the outdated and delapidated condo to even let anyone see it, much less spend a night there. I’m glad that nightmare is over.

The host was very friendly and had great communication for check in. The location itself wasn’t bad, although this particular complex is one of the furthest from the beach. That being said, we still enjoyed the area, and the walk to the beach was manageable.The bedding was clean, and there were plenty of towels provided for our family of four. The two twin beds appeared to be in good condition. Unfortunately, the king-size bed was very worn down and had a noticeable pit in the middle, so it definitely needs to be replaced. The couches were also very worn, and several other pieces of furniture could use replacing or updating.The kitchen could also use some attention. There wasn’t a single sheet pan available, and the large skillet was extremely worn and should be replaced. The back porch/balcony was not really usable or inviting, which was disappointing.My biggest issue with the unit was the cleanliness. I spent a good portion of our first two days cleaning just so I could feel comfortable. I washed mildewed shower curtains, rewashed dishes, cleaned underneath the bathroom sink and inside the medicine cabinets, and even unclogged the master bathroom shower drain, which was clogged with hair. The baseboards, vents, and many of the small crevices throughout the unit were very dirty. After a while, I honestly tried not to look too closely because I wanted to enjoy our vacation.Overall, I really enjoyed the resort and plan to come back, but will be looking into other units
