Welcome to the Alte Grundschule Berdum—a charming, spacious holiday home with a very special character. Spanning approximately 350 m² across three floors, you’ll find 10 cosy rooms that invite you to relax, spend time together, and feel right at home. Ideal for families, groups, and guests with dogs.

Basement – Feel right at home from the very first moment

On the ground floor, you’ll find four bedrooms—three with double beds and one with a single bed. A large bathroom with a tub offers plenty of space to unwind.
A highlight is the private sauna for up to three people, complemented by another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a convenient washing machine.

In the inviting living/dining room, featuring a large sofa area, satellite TV, and a stereo system, you can enjoy evenings together. The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and connects this level to the upper living area.

Upper Floor – Room for Everyone

The comfort continues on the upper floor as well:
Four additional bedrooms—two with double beds and two children’s rooms under the roof—offer plenty of space for young and old alike.

A bright living/dining room with satellite TV and a bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, and toilet ensure a relaxing holiday. There’s also a second, fully equipped kitchen available—ideal for larger groups.

Outdoor area—nature, tranquility, and plenty of open space

The large garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, and relaxing—and offers plenty of space for your dogs to run around. There are 3–4 parking spaces available right in front of the house.

The Alte Grundschule is located on a quiet, peaceful street—perfect for anyone looking to unwind. A car is recommended, as the nearest shopping options are in the charming coastal town of Carolinensiel, just 8–10 minutes away. There you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, boutiques, and many small shops that invite you to browse.
