Die Anmeldung der Reise war problemlos. Auch der Schriftverkehr und die Infos. Der Ausblick aus der 9. Etage war schön. Zur Wohnung: Das Wohnzimmer war in Ordnung Das Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett hat 4 qm wie soll man sich da drin bewegen. Es hat keinen Schrank für für die Bekleidung. Es stand nur das mittlere teil des Kleider- schranks im Flur für 3 Personen zur Verfügung. Das Schlafzimmer ist für älter Personen eine Katastrophe: Das Bett hat eine höhe von ca. 30 cm an den Seiten ca. 40 cm Platz. Also, aufstehen sehr schwierig für ältere Leute. Die Endreinigung kostet 79,00 € soweit OK. In der Wohnung hing dann ein Schild mit der Aufschrift. "Die Küche beinhaltet nicht die Endreinigung Bitte den Kühlschrank abtauen und reinigen. Abtauen ließ sich der Kühlschrank nicht, der Drehknopf fehlte." Wir waren nicht zufrieden und können die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen

Schöner Ausblick auf den Binnensee, die Ostsee und die Fehmarnbrücke. In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Ferienwohnung unsauber

Wir haben uns in dem Objekt nicht wohl gefühlt. Es war nicht sauber, im Flur beim Fahrstuhl roch es unangenehm. Es gab meines Erachtens nach auf dem Zimmer zu wenig Infos über die Anlage, so dass man sich informiert gefühlt hat. Auf dem Balkon war nur ein kleiner, klappriger Einhängetischchen. Die bestellte Bettwäsche war jedes Teil in einer extra Tüte verpackt - umwelttechnisch unnötig. Man merkte, dass die Größe des Objekts sich auf die Qualität auswirkt. Die Nähe zum Meer war super, und alles war sehr gut zu erreichen. Der nahe gelegene Bäcker hatte ausgezeichnet gute Ware.
