Located in Sa Ràpita, Villa Balena offers 120 m² of space, perfect for up to 8 guests. Enjoy 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace, air conditioning, fans, heating, washing machine, dryer, and TV. Two high chairs and beach towels are also provided.



Outside, you'll find a private garden, private pool at no extra cost, two private balconies with sea views, covered and uncovered terraces, an outdoor shower, and a private barbecue. The property is equipped with solar panels.
