Kids room with two twin bunk beds and 65 inch smart TV. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV as well as books for relaxing and games for the whole family. Formal dining room with seating for 6 and a screened in game room with a 65 inch smart TV, a bar, table and chairs, corn hole, foosball table, giant connect 4 and a ping pong set. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Covered back porch with swing, sofa and 2 club chairs. BBQ area has gas grill, charcoal grill and pellet smoker.Fenced in backyard with fire pit, 80 foot seawall with cleats to tieup to 40ft boat(s). Private boat ramp, 6 kayaks, 3 SUP’s and fishing poles. Parking up front for a boat trailer and up to 4 cars. Located walking distance to Seagrass Restaurant, Marguerita Grill And Natires Resort.

Please make sure all sliders are locked and air is turned to 76
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We surprised my husband with a weekend of family fun and boating for his BD. This house was the perfect option for us. 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Fenced yard for our dog. So much fun packed into 3 days. The house has plenty of sleeping space and plenty of room for meals. Perfect spot with the boat parked at the back of the house
